Welcome to Recruit Ally. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Recruit Ally. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Recruit Ally.

What Recruit Ally Does

Recruit Ally helps student athletes contact college coaches. We provide tools to find coaches, build and send emails, and track activity such as email opens and video views. Recruit Ally is a communication and organization tool only. We do not contact coaches on your behalf beyond sending the emails you create, we are not a recruiting agency, and we do not guarantee any recruiting outcomes, including responses, interest, offers, scholarships, or admission.

Who Can Use Recruit Ally

You must be at least 13 years old to use Recruit Ally. The service is not intended for children under 13.

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy on your behalf. By creating or managing an account for a player under 18, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms for that player. Whoever creates the account confirms that this consent has been given.

Your Account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login details safe. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Recruit Ally honestly and lawfully. You agree not to:

Send spam, harassing, misleading, or inappropriate messages to coaches
Impersonate another person or misrepresent who you are
Use the service for anyone other than the athlete whose account it is
Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its data
Use the service for any illegal purpose

You are responsible for the content of every email you send through Recruit Ally. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that abuse the service.

Free Trial, Subscription & Billing

Recruit Ally offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service.

Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method will be charged for the next period unless you cancel before it renews.
Cancelling: You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Payments: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card information.
Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — email us if you have an issue and we'll work with you.
Price changes: We may change subscription pricing in the future. If we do, we will give you notice before the change applies to you.

Coach Information

Recruit Ally provides contact information for college coaches to help you reach out. We work to keep this information accurate, but coaching staffs change often, and we cannot guarantee that every contact is current or correct.

Our Content & Yours

The Recruit Ally app, its design, and its features belong to us. The content you create — your profile information, emails, and uploaded links — remains yours, but you give us permission to store and use it as needed to operate the service for you.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms or change the app at any time. If we make significant changes to these Terms, we will try to let you know by email or through the app. Your continued use of Recruit Ally after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Recruit Ally is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every email will be delivered or opened. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Recruit Ally is not responsible for recruiting outcomes, missed or undelivered emails, inaccurate tracking data, lost opportunities, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Recruit Ally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
